Front Panel Controls:
- Volume Up (+): Increases the volume.
- Power / Input Selection (● / —): Press to power on/off. Short press to cycle through input modes (AUX, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth).
- Bluetooth Pairing (␦): Press and hold to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Rear Panel Connections:
- Optical Input: For connecting to devices with an optical audio output.
- Coaxial Input: For connecting to devices with a coaxial audio output.
- AUX Input: For connecting to devices with a 3.5mm or RCA audio output.
- Power Input: Connects to the AC power supply.
Remote Control Functions:
- Power Button: Turns the soundbar on or off.
- Mute Button: Mutes or unmutes the sound.
- Volume Up/Down: Adjusts the volume level.
- Input Selection Buttons (AUX, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth): Directly selects the desired audio input.

- Bluetooth Disconnect: Disconnects the current Bluetooth device.
Setup
Placement:
Place the soundbar on a stable, flat surface in front of your TV, or mount it on the wall using the included wall mount bracket. Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the soundbar for optimal sound dispersion.
Connecting to Power:
- Connect the power cable to the power input port on the rear of the soundbar.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a wall outlet.
Audio Connections:
Choose one of the following connection methods based on your source device:
Optical Connection:
- Connect one end of the optical cable to the optical output port on your TV or audio source.
- Connect the other end of the optical cable to the "OPTICAL" input port on the rear of the soundbar.
Coaxial Connection:
- Connect one end of the coaxial cable to the coaxial output port on your TV or audio source.
- Connect the other end of the coaxial cable to the "COAXIAL" input port on the rear of the soundbar.
AUX Connection:
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm to RCA audio cable (or 3.5mm to 3.5mm if applicable) to the audio output port on your device.
- Connect the other end to the "AUX" input port on the rear of the soundbar.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
- Press the Power button on the remote control or the Power/Input button on the soundbar to turn it on or off.
Selecting Input Source:
- Press the corresponding input button (AUX, Optical, Coaxial, Bluetooth) on the remote control.
- Alternatively, short press the Power/Input button on the soundbar to cycle through the input modes.
Bluetooth Pairing:
- Select Bluetooth input on the soundbar. The indicator light will flash rapidly.
- On your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), search for "EDIFIER B3" in the Bluetooth settings.
- Select "EDIFIER B3" to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will glow steadily.
- To disconnect a paired device, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar or the Bluetooth Disconnect button on the remote.
Note: The soundbar features Bluetooth 4.0 for stable wireless connectivity.
Adjusting Volume:
- Use the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons on the remote control or the soundbar itself.
Sound Modes:
Use the remote control to select different sound modes:
- News Mode: Optimizes audio for clear dialogue.
- Movie Mode: Enhances bass and surround effects for cinematic experiences.
- 3D Mode: Creates a wider, more immersive soundstage.
Note: Sound modes can only be changed via the remote control.
The soundbar has a 10-minute inactivity auto-sleep feature to conserve power.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the soundbar. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
- Storage: If storing the soundbar for an extended period, unplug it from the power outlet and store it in a cool, dry place.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the soundbar. Do not block any ventilation openings.
