Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions before assembly and use of the Baby Einstein Ocean Adventure Rocker. Keep these instructions for future reference. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- WARNING: Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view.
- WARNING: This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleep.
- WARNING: Always use the restraint system. Adjust to fit snugly.
- WARNING: Do not use this product once your child can sit up unaided or weighs more than 18 kg (40 lbs), whichever comes first.
- WARNING: Never use this product on an elevated surface (e.g., a table).
- WARNING: Do not move or lift the product with the child inside.
- WARNING: Do not use if any components are broken or missing.
- Ensure the product is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Keep away from open flames, heaters, and other sources of strong heat.
- Only use accessories and replacement parts approved by the manufacturer.

Assembly Instructions
Assembly requires a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) and 3 C batteries (not included).
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the metal frame tubes according to the diagrams in the included manual. Ensure all connections click securely into place.
- Attach the Seat Pad: Drape the fabric seat pad over the assembled frame. Secure the fabric loops and straps to the designated points on the frame. Ensure the harness straps are correctly positioned through the slots in the seat pad.
- Install Batteries: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the sound and vibration unit. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the compartment. Insert 3 C batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Attach Sound/Vibration Unit: Secure the sound and vibration unit to the front crossbar of the rocker frame.
- Attach Toy Bar: Insert the ends of the toy bar into the designated slots on the sides of the rocker frame. Ensure it is firmly seated. The toy bar is designed to be easily removable.
- Check Stability: Before placing a child in the rocker, ensure all connections are secure and the rocker is stable on a flat surface.

Operating the Rocker
Using the Sound and Vibration Unit
The sound and vibration unit is located at the front of the rocker.
- Power Button: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Vibration: Press the vibration button to activate the soothing vibration function. Press again to turn off.
- Music/Sounds: Press the music note button to cycle through classical melodies and ocean sounds. Press again to change the selection.
- Volume Control: Use the volume slider or buttons to adjust the sound level.

Adjusting Recline Positions
The rocker features two recline positions for infant comfort and toddler use.
- To adjust, locate the recline adjustment levers on both sides of the rocker frame.
- Simultaneously press and hold the levers, then gently push or pull the seat to the desired position. Ensure both sides are locked into place before use.

Rocker to Fixed Position Conversion
The rocker can be converted to a stationary seat using the rear kickstand.
- To engage the kickstand, pull the kickstand bar down and forward until it locks into position, preventing the rocker from moving.
- To disengage and return to rocking mode, push the kickstand bar back until it is flush with the frame.

Using the Toy Bar and Toys
The removable toy bar includes a Baby Neptune rattle and an Octopus bead chaser to engage your child.
- The toy bar can be easily attached or removed by inserting/pulling it from the side slots.
- The toys are designed to be interactive and can be pulled or spun by the child.

Care and Maintenance
- Seat Pad: The fabric seat pad is machine washable. Remove it from the frame, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.
- Frame and Toys: Wipe the metal frame, plastic components, and toys with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the sound and vibration unit in water.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when sound or vibration weakens. Always use new C batteries and dispose of old batteries responsibly.
- Storage: When not in use, store the rocker in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
