1. Introduction

This all-steel wheel chock is designed to securely support your motorcycle in an upright position on trailers, making transport safe and efficient. Its patented adjustable cradle accommodates a wide range of motorcycles, from dirt bikes to heavy touring bikes, with tire sizes from 14" to 22" and widths from 80mm to 230mm, supporting up to 3,000 pounds. The unique locking mechanism allows for easy loading and unloading, often requiring only one person and two tie-down straps, while protecting your motorcycle's suspension.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Condor SC-2000 is designed for easy installation on various transport platforms. It can be bolted down for permanent or semi-permanent mounting.

4.1 Mounting the Chock

1. Positioning: Place the SC-2000 chock on your trailer platform in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space for the motorcycle and tie-down points.
2. Marking Holes: Use the pre-drilled holes on the chock's base as a template to mark the drilling locations on your trailer floor.
3. Drilling: Carefully drill holes through the trailer floor at the marked locations. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for your mounting hardware (not included, typically bolts).
4. Securing: Attach the chock to the trailer floor using appropriate bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely to prevent movement during transport.

4.2 Adjusting the Cradle

The patented adjustable cradle allows the SC-2000 to fit various tire sizes. Adjustments are typically made by repositioning the cradle within the main frame and securing it with pins or bolts (refer to Figure 2 for components).

1. Identify the adjustment points on the cradle and the main frame.
2. Loosen or remove any securing pins/bolts.
3. Slide the cradle forward or backward to match your motorcycle's tire size. The goal is for the tire to sit snugly and engage the locking mechanism effectively.
4. Re-insert and secure all pins/bolts once the desired position is found.

5. Operating Instructions

Using the Condor SC-2000 is straightforward, designed for single-person operation.

5.1 Loading Your Motorcycle

1. Ensure the chock is securely mounted and the cradle is adjusted for your tire size.
2. Slowly roll or ride your motorcycle into the chock, guiding the front wheel into the cradle.
3. As the wheel rolls forward, the patented locking mechanism will pivot and securely capture the tire, holding the motorcycle upright. You will feel and hear the mechanism engage.
4. Once the motorcycle is upright and stable in the chock, apply tie-down straps from appropriate points on the motorcycle to secure anchor points on your trailer. Typically, two straps are sufficient. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to suspension components.

5.2 Unloading Your Motorcycle

1. Remove all tie-down straps from the motorcycle.
2. Grasp the handlebars firmly and gently pull the motorcycle backward. The locking mechanism will disengage, allowing the wheel to roll freely out of the chock.
3. Carefully roll the motorcycle off the trailer.

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and reliable performance of your Condor SC-2000 Chock.

• Cleaning: Keep the chock clean from dirt, debris, and road grime. Wipe down with a damp cloth as needed.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, pins, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Tighten any loose fasteners.
• Lubrication: Apply a light lubricant to the pivot points of the locking mechanism if movement becomes stiff.
• Storage: If the chock is removed from the trailer for storage, store it in a dry place to prevent rust.

• Difficulty removing motorcycle:
