Setup and Assembly
Before assembly, ensure all parts are present and undamaged. Refer to the included parts list for verification. Assembly typically involves unfolding the main playard frame and attaching the reversible seat and changer unit.
- Unfolding the Playard:
Place the playard on a flat, stable surface. Pull up on the center of the floor until the legs are fully extended and locked into place. Ensure all four side rails are locked. You should hear an audible click for each locked rail. If a rail does not lock, lift the center of the floor slightly and try again.

- Attaching the Reversible Seat & Changer Unit:
The reversible unit serves as both a newborn seat and a changing station. Orient the unit correctly and align the attachment points with the designated slots on the playard's top rails. Press firmly until the unit clicks securely into place. Ensure it is stable before use.

Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your Graco Pack 'n Play Playard.
- General Cleaning: Clean with household soap and warm water. Drip dry. Do not use bleach.
- Carry Bag: The carry bag can be machine washed in lukewarm water.
- Newborn Napper: Machine wash the newborn napper separately in cold water on a delicate cycle. Do not use bleach. Drip dry.
- Sand Removal: If the playard gets sandy, carefully remove all sand from surfaces before packing into the bag, as sand can damage the top rail lock mechanism.
- Spot Cleaning: For minor spills or dirt, spot clean or wipe clean as needed.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your playard, refer to the following common solutions:
- Playard Rails Not Locking: Ensure the center of the playard floor is pushed up slightly before attempting to lock the side rails. All four rails must be locked before pushing the center floor down. If a rail still doesn't lock, try lifting the center of the floor higher and wiggling the rail until it clicks.
- Reversible Unit Not Attaching Securely: Verify that the unit is correctly oriented and aligned with the attachment points on the playard. Apply firm, even pressure until you hear a click, indicating it is securely fastened.
- Difficulty Folding Playard: Ensure all side rails are unlocked first. The center of the playard floor must be pulled up before the rails can fully collapse.
