Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Teamson Home Jar 3 Tiered Floor Waterfall Fountain. Please read these instructions thoroughly before assembly and use, and retain them for future reference.
The fountain features a 3-tiered design with ceramic-look jars, constructed from durable, weatherproof, and rust-resistant polyresin. It is designed to create a soothing water flow for outdoor spaces such as porches, backyards, or lawns.
Safety Information
- Electrical Safety: Always connect the pump to a properly grounded outlet. Do not operate the pump if the power cord is damaged. Ensure the power cord is placed where it cannot be tripped over or damaged.
- Water Safety: Use only clean water in the fountain. Regularly check the water level to ensure the pump remains fully submerged. Never allow the pump to run dry, as this can cause damage.
- Placement: Place the fountain on a level, stable surface to prevent tipping. Ensure it is positioned away from areas where children or pets might accidentally knock it over.
- Assembly: Do not attempt to modify the fountain or its components. Use only the provided parts for assembly.
- Winterization: In freezing temperatures, drain all water from the fountain and store the pump indoors to prevent damage.

Operating Instructions
- Initial Start-up: After filling the fountain with water and plugging it in, the pump will begin circulating water. It may take a few moments for the water to flow consistently through all tiers.
- Water Level: Regularly check the water level. Due to evaporation, especially in warm or windy conditions, water levels will decrease. Refill as needed to keep the pump fully submerged.
- Adjusting Flow: Some pumps may have an adjustable flow rate switch. If present, adjust to your desired water flow.
- Turning Off: To turn off the fountain, simply unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: To prevent mineral buildup and algae growth, clean the fountain regularly. Drain the water, wipe down surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly.
- Pump Cleaning: Periodically clean the pump to ensure optimal performance. Unplug the pump, disconnect it from the tubing, and remove any debris from the intake screen and impeller.
- Water Replacement: Replace the water in the fountain every 1-2 weeks, or more frequently if it appears dirty or cloudy.
- Winter Storage: Before the first frost, drain all water from the fountain. Clean the fountain and pump, then store them in a dry, frost-free location.
