1. Product Overview

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. While units are designed to operate as expected, some may have exterior dings or scratches from transit. Retain packaging for potential returns or claims.

3.2 Placement

Position the refrigerator on a level, stable surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. The bottom-mounted compressor requires ample airflow from the front and sides, with hot discharge air dispersed from the rear. Avoid placing the unit near heat-generating equipment.

3.3 Caster Installation

The unit comes with easy-to-mount casters, two of which are lockable, for convenient mobility and positioning.

3.4 Initial Cleaning

4.2 Loading Shelves

The unit includes six adjustable, heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves. These shelves can be repositioned to accommodate different sized products, providing organizational flexibility for the 49 cu. ft. capacity.

4.3 Door Operation

The clear glass doors are self-closing and lockable, helping to retain cold air and secure contents. Magnetic gaskets further assist in maintaining optimal internal temperatures.

5.1 Cleaning

The stainless steel interior with coved corners and the stainless steel exterior are designed for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. Regularly wipe down surfaces with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Ensure all surfaces are dry after cleaning.

5.2 Shelf Care

The epoxy-coated wire shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning. Wash with warm, soapy water and dry completely before returning them to the unit.

5.3 Condensate Pan

The unit features an efficient hot gas loop built into the condensate pan for effective evaporation of excess water, minimizing the need for manual draining.

5.4 Door Gaskets

Magnetic door gaskets are removable and replaceable without tools, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance to ensure a tight seal.
