Operating Instructions
The Ball FreshTech Harvest Pro Sauce Maker is designed for efficient processing of various fruits and vegetables into sauces, purees, and more.
Preparation of Ingredients:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For best results, remove any hard seeds, pits, or stems that could damage the machine or affect the texture of the sauce.
- The extra-wide 2.5-inch chute minimizes the need for extensive chopping, but larger items may benefit from being cut into smaller pieces to fit comfortably into the hopper.
