3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging.
2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and appliances. Ensure the mist outlet is not directed at furniture or electronics.
3. Fill Water Tank:
   • Remove the water tank from the base.
   • Unscrew the tank cap at the bottom of the tank.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool water. Distilled or purified water is recommended to minimize mineral buildup. Do not fill past the indicated maximum fill line.
   • Securely replace the tank cap.
   • Place the filled water tank back onto the humidifier base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the front of the base to turn the unit on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Adjust Mist Output: Cycle through the mist settings by pressing the power button. The humidifier offers low and high mist output options.
3. Night Light: The humidifier features an optional night light. This light can be activated or deactivated by pressing the power button to cycle through the settings.

• Use the provided small cleaning brush to gently clean the surface of the ultrasonic disk.
• For stubborn mineral deposits, a solution of white vinegar and water can be used. Apply the solution to the disk and let it sit for a few minutes before gently scrubbing with the brush. Do not scrape or use abrasive materials, as this can damage the disk.
• Rinse the base thoroughly, ensuring no water enters the air outlet.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Mist Output: Check if the unit is plugged in and powered on. Ensure the water tank is filled and properly seated on the base. The low water indicator light should not be illuminated.
• Unusual Noise: A slight buzzing sound is normal during operation. If the noise is excessive or unusual, ensure the unit is on a flat surface and the water tank is correctly positioned. Mineral buildup on the ultrasonic disk can also cause noise; refer to the cleaning instructions.
• White Dust: If you notice white dust around the humidifier, this is likely due to minerals in hard water. Using distilled or purified water can help reduce this.
• Leaking: Ensure the tank cap is securely tightened and the tank is properly placed on the base. Check for any cracks or damage to the tank.
