Setup
1. Setting the TSA Combination Lock
Your Samsonite Neopulse luggage comes with an integrated 3-digit TSA combination lock. The default combination is 0-0-0.
- Open the lock by sliding the button (A) to the side. The zippers should release.
- With the lock open, locate the small reset button (B) on the side of the lock. Use a pen or a pointed object to press and hold this button until you hear a click.
- While holding the reset button, set your desired 3-digit combination by turning the dials (C).
- Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set. Test it by scrambling the numbers and then entering your new combination to open the lock.
Important: Remember your combination. There is no master key to reset it if forgotten, other than trying every combination from 000 to 999, which can be time-consuming.

2. Extending the Pull Handle
The multi-stage pull handle can be extended to your preferred height for comfortable maneuvering. Press the button on the top of the handle and pull upwards to extend. Push the button and push downwards to retract.

Operating Instructions
1. Packing Your Luggage
The Neopulse features a clamshell design, opening into two equal halves for organized packing. The fully-lined interior includes elastic cross-straps in one compartment and a zippered divider panel in the other to secure your belongings and keep clothing neatly pressed during transit.
- Place heavier items at the bottom (near the wheels when upright) to maintain balance.
- Utilize the cross-straps to compress clothing and prevent shifting.
- Use the zippered divider to separate items or create distinct packing sections.

2. Maneuvering Your Luggage
The four multi-directional dual spinner wheels provide 360-degree mobility, allowing the luggage to roll effortlessly beside you. This design reduces strain on your arm and shoulder.
- For smooth surfaces, push or pull the luggage upright using the telescopic handle.
- For rougher terrain or when navigating tight spaces, tilt the luggage onto two wheels and pull it behind you.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning Your Luggage
The polycarbonate shell is designed to be durable. To clean, wipe the exterior with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish. The ribbed texture helps to mask minor scuffs and scratches.
2. Wheel and Handle Care
Periodically check the wheels for any debris (hair, lint) that might impede their smooth operation. Carefully remove any debris. Ensure the telescopic handle extends and retracts smoothly. If it becomes stiff, a small amount of silicone spray can be applied to the telescoping tubes (avoiding the button mechanism).
Troubleshooting
Lock Not Opening
If your lock is not opening with your set combination, ensure that each digit is precisely aligned. If you have forgotten your combination, the only method to open it without damaging the lock is to systematically try every combination from 000 to 999. This process can be lengthy but will eventually open the lock.
Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly
Check for any obstructions such as hair, string, or dirt wrapped around the wheel axles. Carefully remove any debris. If a wheel is damaged or detached, contact Samsonite customer support for replacement parts or repair options. Some minor wheel issues, like a loose screw, may be fixable by the user.
Handle Issues
If the telescopic handle is stuck or difficult to extend/retract, check for any visible damage or bent components. Avoid forcing the handle. Ensure the luggage is not excessively heavy when lifting by the top or side handles, as this can put undue stress on the handle attachments.
