Operating Instructions
Mincing Meat or Vegetables:
- Prepare your ingredients by cutting them into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tray opening. For best results with meat, ensure it is chilled but not frozen.
- Place a bowl or container under the mincer outlet to collect the minced product.
- Feed the ingredients into the feeding tray. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down into the mincing screw. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
- Turn the crank handle clockwise at a steady pace. The ingredients will be processed and exit through the cutting disc.
- Continue until all ingredients are minced.

Making Cookies/Pastries:
- Disassemble the mincer head. Remove the blade and cutting disc.
- Attach the cookie/pastry attachment to the mincer head, ensuring it is securely fastened with the locking ring.
- Prepare your cookie dough according to your recipe. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape but pliable enough to pass through the mincer.
- Feed the dough into the feeding tray.
- Turn the crank handle. The dough will be extruded in the desired shape. Cut to length as it emerges.

Care and Maintenance
- Disassembly: After each use, completely disassemble the mincer by unscrewing the locking ring (using the food pusher as a key), removing the cutting disc, blade, and mincing screw.
- Cleaning: Wash all removable parts immediately after use in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the cutting disc and blade. Rinse thoroughly.
- Dishwasher Safe: Most parts of the GEFU TRANSFORMA Meat Mincer are dishwasher safe, with the exception of the main housing with the suction base. Refer to the product packaging for specific dishwasher compatibility.
- Drying: Dry all components completely before reassembly or storage to prevent rust on metal parts and ensure hygiene.
- Storage: Store the clean, dry mincer and its attachments in a safe place.
