5. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to install your track lighting kit. If you are not familiar with electrical wiring, consult a qualified electrician.
- Prepare for Installation:
- Turn off the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box to the outlet box where the fixture will be installed.
- Ensure the power is off by testing the circuit with a voltage tester.
- Carefully unpack the fixture and all parts. Place all parts on a clean, flat surface.
- Mount the Fixture:
- Attach the mounting bracket (if separate) to the existing junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.

- Make Electrical Connections:
- Connect the bare copper or green ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (usually bare copper or green) using a wire nut.

- Install Light Bulbs and Shades:
- Screw the appropriate E26 base bulbs (up to 100W incandescent or equivalent LED/CFL) into each socket. Do not overtighten.
- Attach the opal etched glass shades to each light head according to the fixture design. Ensure they are securely in place.
- Restore Power:
- Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is working correctly.

6. Operating Instructions
Once installed, your Quoizel TY1444WT Taylor Track Lighting Kit is ready for use.
- Power On/Off: Operate the fixture using the standard wall switch connected to the circuit.
- Bulb Type: This fixture uses E26 medium base bulbs, up to 100 watts each. Compatible bulb types include incandescent, CFL, halogen, or LED.
