Setup
1. Mounting the Monitor
The monitor offers two primary mounting options: a suction cup mount for windshields or a dashboard mount using an adhesive pad.
- Attach the Monitor to the Bracket: Securely attach the monitor to your preferred mounting bracket (suction cup or adhesive pad mount). Ensure the monitor is firmly seated.
- Position the Monitor: Choose a location on your dashboard or windshield that provides optimal visibility without obstructing your view of the road. Clean the surface thoroughly before applying the suction cup or adhesive pad.
- Secure the Mount: For the suction cup mount, press firmly against the surface and engage the locking lever. For the adhesive pad mount, peel off the protective film and press the pad firmly onto the dashboard.

2. Connecting the Camera and Power
The monitor supports two video inputs (AV1 and AV2) and is powered via a 12V/24V accessory port.
- Connect the Camera: Connect your rearview camera's RCA video output cable to either the AV1 or AV2 input on the monitor. AV2 is typically used for backup cameras as it supports automatic switching when reverse gear is engaged.
- Power the Camera: Ensure your camera is properly powered according to its own instructions.
- Connect Monitor Power: Plug the monitor's power cable (cigarette lighter adapter) into your vehicle's 12V/24V accessory port.
- Route Cables: Carefully route all cables to avoid interference with driving controls and to maintain a tidy appearance. Utilize existing trim or weather stripping to conceal cables where possible.

Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into the vehicle's accessory port and the monitor. Check the vehicle's fuse for the accessory port.
- No Video Signal: Verify that the camera is powered on and its video cable is correctly connected to the monitor's AV input. Ensure the correct AV input (AV1/AV2) is selected.
- Poor Image Quality: Check camera lens for dirt or obstructions. Adjust monitor brightness, contrast, and color settings. Ensure the video cable is not damaged.
- Monitor Not Switching Automatically: Confirm the backup camera is connected to AV2 and the trigger wire (if applicable) is correctly connected to the reverse light circuit.
