  • Bluetooth Display: Shows Bluetooth connection status.

Wireless Microphone System (RWM4200VH)

The RWM4200VH system includes a receiver unit and four handheld wireless microphones. The receiver features individual volume controls for each microphone channel and a digital display for frequency information. It connects to the active speaker via XLR or 1/4" outputs.

Setup

Speaker Setup

  1. Place the two speaker stands on a stable, level surface. Extend the legs fully for maximum stability.
  2. Carefully mount the active speaker onto one speaker stand and the passive speaker onto the other. Ensure they are securely seated.
  3. Connect the 19 ft. 1/4" cable from the "Speaker Out" jack on the active speaker's rear panel to the "Speaker In" jack on the passive speaker's rear panel.
  4. Connect the power cable to the "AC Input" on the active speaker and then to a grounded AC outlet.

Wireless Microphone System Setup

  1. Place the RWM4200VH wireless microphone receiver near the active speaker.
  2. Connect the audio output of the wireless receiver (XLR or 1/4") to one of the "Mic/Line Input" jacks on the active speaker's rear panel.
  3. Connect the power adapter for the wireless receiver and plug it into an AC outlet.
  4. Insert fresh batteries into each wireless microphone.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

To power on the system, ensure all connections are secure, then flip the "Power Switch" on the active speaker to the ON position. To power off, flip the switch to the OFF position.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Press the "Mode" button on the active speaker until "Bluetooth" is displayed. The unit will enter pairing mode.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other device.
  3. Search for "ROCKVILLE" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
  4. Once connected, you can play audio from your device through the speakers.

USB/SD Playback

  1. Insert a USB drive or SD card containing MP3 or WMA audio files into the respective slot.
  2. The unit will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback. If not, press the "Mode" button.
  3. Use the Play/Pause, Previous, and Next buttons to control playback.

Microphone Usage

  • Wired Microphone: Connect the wired microphone to the "Mic/Line Input" using the provided XLR cable. Adjust the corresponding channel volume on the active speaker.
  • Wireless Microphones: Ensure the wireless receiver is powered on and connected to the active speaker. Turn on each wireless microphone. Adjust individual microphone volumes on the wireless receiver and the overall input volume on the active speaker.

FM Tuner

Press the "Mode" button until "FM" is displayed. Use the Previous/Next buttons to scan for radio stations. The system will automatically save found stations.

Mixer Controls

  • Master Volume: Controls the overall output level of the entire system. Adjust this to achieve desired loudness without distortion.
  • Bass/Treble: Use these knobs to fine-tune the low and high frequencies of the audio output. Turn Bass up for more low-end punch, and Treble up for more clarity in high frequencies.
  • Clip LED: If this LED illuminates frequently, reduce the input volume or master volume to prevent distortion and potential speaker damage.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your RPG-122K system.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior surfaces of the speakers and receiver. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the system in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to use the original packaging for storage and transport.
  • Cables: Regularly inspect all cables for signs of wear or damage. Replace any damaged cables immediately to prevent performance issues or safety hazards.
