Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the mixer for any damage.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless steel beaters and kneader hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Attaching Beaters/Hooks:
- Insert the beaters or kneader hooks into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Ensure they click into place securely. The beaters are interchangeable, but the kneader hooks must be inserted correctly (one with a collar, one without, matching the openings).
- For beaters, ensure the one with the collar goes into the larger opening.
- Power Connection: Ensure the mixer is switched off (speed selector at '0') before plugging it into a 220V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Preparation: Place ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl.
- Attachment Selection: Choose either the beaters for whipping, mixing, and aerating, or the kneader hooks for dough.
- Starting the Mixer: With the attachments securely in place and the mixer unplugged, plug the mixer into the power outlet.
- Speed Selection: Start mixing at a low speed (1 or 2) to prevent splashing, then gradually increase to the desired speed using the speed selector switch. The mixer offers 7 adjustable speeds.
- Mixing: Move the mixer slowly through the ingredients. Do not operate continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow the mixer to rest for at least 20 minutes after heavy use.
- Stopping the Mixer: Return the speed selector switch to '0' to turn off the mixer.
- Ejecting Attachments: Unplug the mixer from the power outlet. Press the beater eject button to release the beaters or kneader hooks.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your hand mixer.

- Cleaning Attachments: The stainless steel beaters and kneader hooks are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
- Cleaning Motor Unit: Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the mixer and its attachments in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
