Introduction and Product Overview

This Sanitas Multifunction Heating Pad is designed for targeted heat therapy for the abdomen, back, and joints. It can also be rolled up for use as a neck cushion. Featuring a practical attachment technology with elastic extensions, it fits various body sizes. Made from breathable velour, it is soft and comfortable against the skin. The heating pad offers 3 illuminated temperature settings and an automatic shut-off after approximately 90 minutes. Important Safety Instructions

Setup

Operating Instructions

  1. Turning On: Once the heating pad is connected and plugged in, slide the switch on the controller to the desired temperature setting. The available settings are 1, 2, and 3. The selected setting will be illuminated.
  2. Temperature Settings:
    • Setting 1: Low heat for gentle warmth.
    • Setting 2: Medium heat for moderate warmth.
    • Setting 3: High heat for intense warmth.
  3. Rapid Heating: The heating pad will warm up quickly to the selected temperature.
  4. Automatic Shut-off: For safety and energy conservation, the device will automatically turn off after approximately 90 minutes of continuous operation. If you wish to continue using it, simply turn it back on to your desired setting.
  5. Turning Off: To turn off the heating pad, slide the switch on the controller to the "0" position. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet when the device is not in use.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your heating pad.

  • Cleaning: The heating pad is machine washable at 30°C (86°F). Before washing, ensure you remove the switch/controller unit from the pad. Do not wash the controller.
  • Drying: After washing, allow the heating pad to air dry completely before re-attaching the controller and using it again. Do not tumble dry or iron.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the heating pad in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure it is not folded tightly or creased, which could damage the internal heating elements.

Troubleshooting

  • No Heat:
