1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your DARTSLIVE-200S Soft Darts Board. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and optimal performance.

The DARTSLIVE-200S is an app-enabled home darts board designed to replicate the experience of the DARTSLIVE2 machine. It offers a quiet playing experience with improved segment design and integrates with a dedicated mobile application for enhanced gameplay and tracking.

4. Setup

4.1 Wall Mounting

The DARTSLIVE-200S is designed for wall mounting. Use the included installation guide sheet to mark the drilling points accurately. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the dartboard's weight.

1. Select a suitable location on a wall, ensuring sufficient space around the board for throwing darts.
2. Use the provided installation guide sheet to mark the positions for the 5 attaching screws. The center of the bullseye should be 173 cm (68.11 inches) from the floor.
3. Drill pilot holes at the marked positions. Insert the anchors if drilling into drywall or similar materials.
4. Secure the dartboard to the wall using the provided screws.

4.2 Power Connection

Connect the DARTSLIVE-200S to a power source using the supplied USB cable. The board requires minimal current and can be powered by a standard USB wall adapter (not included) or a USB port on a television or computer.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 App Installation and Connection

The DARTSLIVE-200S operates in conjunction with a dedicated mobile application. Download the "DARTSLIVE-200S" app from your device's app store.

• System Requirements:
  • iOS: iPhone and iPad with OS 7 or later
  • Android: Device with Android 4.0 or later that supports the Bluetooth HID profile 3.0 or later
  Note: The DARTSLIVE-200S app is designed for smartphones and tablet PCs and is not compatible with desktop computers.
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
• Open the DARTSLIVE-200S app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device with the dartboard via Bluetooth.

5.2 Game Modes and Features

The DARTSLIVE-200S app provides various game modes and features:

• DARTSLIVE2 Replication: Experience the same game interface and scoring as the DARTSLIVE2 arcade machine.
• DARTSLIVE Rating System: Track your progress and calculate your DARTSLIVE rating, allowing you to monitor your skill improvement over time.
• Original Games: Access exclusive games not found on DARTSLIVE2, such as the "CHALLENGE" mode for intensive training on specific targets like the Bull or Triple 20.
• Visual Enhancements: Enjoy DARTSLIVE THEMES and AWARD MOVIES directly from your device, enhancing the playing experience.

5.3 Noise Reduction and Segment Design

The DARTSLIVE-200S features improved noise reduction compared to previous models, making it suitable for home use. The segments are designed for easy dart sticking and reduced bounce-outs.

6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DARTSLIVE-200S dartboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the dartboard with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the plastic.
• Dart Tips: Regularly inspect your soft tip darts. Replace worn or broken tips to prevent damage to the dartboard segments and ensure accurate scoring.
• Storage: If storing the dartboard for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your DARTSLIVE-200S, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

7.1 Dartboard Not Responding / Incorrect Scoring

If the dartboard does not register hits correctly or scores are inaccurate:

1. Check Connection: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the dartboard and the power source.
2. Restart Board: Turn the dartboard off and then on again using the power button.
3. Re-pair Bluetooth: Disconnect and re-pair the dartboard with your mobile device via Bluetooth. Sometimes, removing the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-adding it can resolve connection issues.
4. App Restart: Close and reopen the DARTSLIVE-200S app on your mobile device.
5. Device Verification: If the score in the app does not match the number you hit, press the CHANGE (Red) and START (Yellow) buttons simultaneously on the dartboard to re-verify the device. This process may require entering a color password within the app.

7.2 Darts Not Sticking / Bounce-Outs

If darts frequently bounce out or do not stick to the board:

• Inspect Tips: Ensure your soft tips are not worn, bent, or broken. Replace them with new tips as needed.
• Dart Weight: Verify that the darts you are using are appropriate for soft tip dartboards.
