Operating Instructions

Using AC Outlets

Using USB Charging Ports

Connect your USB charging cables to the four USB ports. The power strip features two 1A ports and two 2A ports. For faster charging of compatible devices, use the 2A ports (labeled 'Quick Charge' on some models). The power strip automatically detects and delivers the optimal charging current for your devices up to 4.8A total output.

Troubleshooting

    • Check if the wall outlet itself is working by plugging in another device.
    • If the surge protector has tripped (often indicated by a reset button or light), unplug all devices, press the reset button (if present), and then plug devices back in one by one.
  • USB Devices Not Charging:
    • Verify the power strip is on.
    • Try a different USB port on the power strip.
    • Use a different USB cable to rule out cable issues.
    • Ensure your device is compatible with USB charging.
  • Overload Indication: If the power strip stops providing power, it may be overloaded. Unplug some devices, especially high-power ones, and then reset the power strip if it has a reset function.
