5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Rosewill SP-7260 speaker system.

  1. Speaker Placement: Place the speakers on a stable, flat surface. For optimal stereo imaging, position them equidistant from your listening position and spaced appropriately apart. The right speaker contains the controls and main connections.
  2. Connect Speakers: Use the provided speaker connection cable to link the "Speaker Output" on the rear of the right speaker to the "Speaker Input" on the rear of the left speaker. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Connect to Audio Source:
    • Using RCA: Connect the RCA end of the audio input cable to the "Audio Input" (red for right, white for left) on the rear of the right speaker. Connect the 3.5mm end to the audio output jack of your PC, notebook, DVD player, game console, TV, or CD/MP3 player.
    • Using AUX-in: Alternatively, you can use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to connect an audio device to the "AUX-in" port on the side control panel of the right speaker.
  4. Connect Power: Insert the power cable into the "AC Input" on the rear of the right speaker, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Power On: Flip the "Power Switch" on the rear of the right speaker to the "ON" position.

6. Operating Instructions

Once set up, follow these steps to operate your speaker system.

  1. Adjust Volume: Use the "Volume Control" knob on the side panel of the right speaker to increase or decrease the overall sound level.
  2. Adjust Tone: Use the "Treble Control" and "Bass Control" knobs to fine-tune the high and low frequencies to your preference.
  3. Using Headphones: Plug your headphones into the "Headphone Jack" on the side panel for private listening. This will mute the main speakers.
  4. Using AUX-in: If you have an additional device connected to the "AUX-in" port, ensure your primary audio source is paused or disconnected. The system will automatically prioritize the active input.
  5. Power Off: When not in use, flip the "Power Switch" on the rear of the right speaker to the "OFF" position.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the speaker surfaces. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
