3.2 Storage
When storing the monitor, ensure it is powered off and disconnected from all cables. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and physical damage.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet. Check the power indicator light.
- No Signal: Verify that the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA) is correctly connected to both the monitor and your computer/console. Use the OSD menu to confirm the correct input source is selected.
- Display Issues (e.g., blurry image, incorrect colors): Access the OSD menu to adjust settings such as resolution, refresh rate, contrast, and brightness. Ensure your computer's display settings match the monitor's native resolution (1920x1080).
- Audio Problems: If using the monitor's built-in speakers or audio output, ensure the audio cable is connected (if using VGA) or that audio is being transmitted via HDMI/DisplayPort. Check volume settings on both the monitor and your connected device.
