4. Setup and Installation

Tools Required: Phillips head screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, wire strippers, pliers, electrical tape, voltage tester, ladder.

1. Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box that controls the power to the light fixture's location. Turn off the power completely. Use a voltage tester to confirm that the power is off at the junction box.
2. Remove Old Fixture (if applicable): Carefully disconnect and remove any existing light fixture. Note the wiring connections for reference.

   • Connect the bare copper (ground) wire from the fixture to the bare copper or green (ground) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
   • Connect the white (neutral) wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
   • Connect the black (hot) wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
   Ensure all connections are secure and covered with wire nuts. Wrap electrical tape around wire nuts for added security.
5. Mount Fixture: Carefully push the connected wires into the junction box. Align the fixture base with the mounting bracket and secure it in place using the screws provided.
6. Install Bulbs: Screw in two E26 Medium base bulbs (not included). Do not exceed 60 watts per bulb. This fixture is compatible with Incandescent, Fluorescent, LED, Halogen, or Xenon bulbs.
7. Attach Shade: Carefully place the faux alabaster glass shade onto the fixture and secure it according to the design (typically by screwing on a decorative finial or using retention clips). Do not overtighten.
8. Restore Power: Once installation is complete, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker and test the light fixture.

5. Operating Instructions
