2. Setup and Assembly
The Yaheetech Bird Aviary is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary tools and parts are included in the package. Follow the steps below for proper setup.
2.1 Package Contents
Before beginning assembly, verify that all components are present:

2.2 Assembly Steps
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Assemble Base Frame: Connect the bottom frame sections using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach Wheels: Securely fasten the four bottom wheels to the assembled base frame.
- Install Main Cage Panels: Attach the side, front, and back panels of the main cage body to the base frame.
- Insert Grille and Trays: Slide the bottom grille and the two removable drawers into their designated slots at the base of the main cage.
- Assemble Play Top: Construct the outdoor play top frame, including the perch and ladder.
- Attach Play Top to Cage: Secure the assembled play top to the top of the main cage structure.
- Install Perches and Bowls: Place the internal seat bars (perches) and metal food/water bowls inside the cage and on the play top.
- Final Check: Verify that all screws are tightened and all components are securely in place before introducing any birds.

3. Operating Instructions
This section details the features and proper use of your Yaheetech Bird Aviary to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your birds.
3.1 Bird Placement and Safety
The aviary is suitable for multiple finches, canaries, budgies, and larger birds such as nymphs. The 15 mm (0.6 inch) bar spacing is designed to prevent birds from being squeezed or escaping, ensuring their safety.

3.2 Access and Security
The large rectangular main door (30 x 55 cm) provides easy access for cleaning, feeding, and interacting with your birds. The door features a secure lock mechanism that can be operated from the outside, preventing birds from opening it. Additional smaller doors are provided for easy access to food and water bowls.

3.3 Play Top Area
The aviary includes an integrated play top with a perch, ladder, and two metal bowls. This area offers extra freedom of movement and an engaging space for your birds outside the main cage compartment.

Five metal bowls are provided for food and water. These bowls are designed to be easily accessible for refilling and cleaning, both inside the main cage and on the play top.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining a hygienic environment for your birds. The Yaheetech Bird Aviary is designed for easy and efficient cleaning.
4.1 Daily Cleaning
- Food and Water Bowls: Remove and clean all metal bowls daily. Refill with fresh food and water.
- Dropping Trays: Pull out the two removable drawers (dropping trays) from the bottom of the cage and under the play top. Dispose of waste and clean the trays thoroughly with bird-safe disinfectant or soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinserting.

4.2 Weekly Cleaning
- Cage Interior: Wipe down all interior surfaces, perches, and bars with a bird-safe cleaner.
- Bottom Grille: Remove and clean the bottom grille to prevent accumulation of waste.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the cage to remove dust and debris.

- The dirt-trapping design helps contain mess, but regular cleaning is still essential.
