Setup
Follow these steps to connect your Real Arcade Pro.V HAYABUSA to your gaming system.
1. System Compatibility Switch

- PS4 Mode: For use with PlayStation 4 consoles.
- PS3 Mode: For use with PlayStation 3 consoles.
- PC Mode: For use with personal computers. When set to PC mode and connected to a Windows 10 PC, necessary drivers will typically download automatically. The device utilizes Xinput for PC compatibility.

This image highlights the side of the arcade stick where the USB cable is stored and where the system compatibility switch (labeled '3 4 PC') and other function switches are located.
2. Connecting the USB Cable
- Open the cable storage compartment, usually located on the side or back of the arcade stick.
- Unwind the USB cable.
- Plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, or PC.
- Ensure the connection is secure. The system should recognize the device automatically.
Operation
Familiarize yourself with the controls and special functions of your arcade stick.
1. Basic Controls
- Hayabusa Joystick: Provides precise directional input. This model features a square gate, which defines the movement limits of the stick in a square pattern.
- Hayabusa Action Buttons: Eight main buttons are arranged in a Vewlix layout, offering responsive input for various game actions.
- Touch Pad: Located on the top panel, this functions as a touch pad for compatible PS4 games.
2. Special Functions
- ASSIGN Mode: Use the ASSIGN switch to remap button functions. Refer to the on-screen instructions or game settings for specific remapping procedures.
- TURBO Mode: The TURBO switch activates rapid-fire functionality for selected buttons. A switch labeled "5 15 30" allows adjustment of the turbo firing rate (e.g., 5, 15, or 30 presses per second).
- System Buttons: Includes standard PlayStation buttons such as PS, SHARE, OPTIONS, L1, L2, R1, R2, L3, R3, which are typically located on the top or side panel.
Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your arcade stick.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surface of the arcade stick. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Cable Management: When not in use, carefully store the USB cable in its designated compartment. Avoid excessive bending or pulling of the cable to prevent damage. Note that the cable compartment door may be delicate; handle with care.
- Storage: Store the arcade stick in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Modifications: The internal components of the arcade stick can be accessed for user modifications (e.g., changing the joystick gate or buttons) by removing screws. However, opening the unit typically voids the manufacturer's warranty. Proceed with caution and at your own risk.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions.
- Device Not Recognized:
- Ensure the system compatibility switch is set to the correct position (PS4, PS3, or PC).
- Try connecting the USB cable to a different USB port on your console or PC.
- Restart your console or PC with the arcade stick connected.
- For PC, verify that drivers are installed. If not, disconnect and reconnect the device, or manually check for drivers through Device Manager.
- Unresponsive Buttons or Joystick:
- Check for any physical obstructions around the buttons or joystick.
- Ensure the cable is securely connected.
- Test the arcade stick on a different game or system to determine if the issue is specific to a game or the device itself.
- Input Lag or Dropped Connections (PC):
- Ensure your PC's USB ports are functioning correctly. Try connecting to a different port, preferably a direct port on the motherboard rather than a hub.
- Update your PC's USB drivers.
- Minimize background applications that might consume system resources.
