Setup and Initial Inspection
Unboxing
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future reference if desired. Inspect the Galvatron figure, Nucleon Headmaster, and cannon accessory for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Familiarization
Before attempting any transformations, familiarize yourself with the figure's various joints, hinges, and moving panels. The figure consists of the main Galvatron body and the smaller Nucleon Headmaster figure, which forms Galvatron's head.

Operating Instructions: Transformation Modes
The Galvatron figure is designed to transform between three distinct modes: Robot Mode, Cannon Mode, and Jet Mode. Always apply gentle, even pressure during transformation and avoid forcing any parts.
Robot Mode
This is the primary humanoid form of Galvatron. Ensure the Nucleon Headmaster figure is securely attached to form Galvatron's head, and the cannon accessory can be held in either hand or mounted on the arm.

Transformation to Cannon Mode
To transform Galvatron from Robot Mode to Cannon Mode, follow these general steps:
- Detach the Nucleon Headmaster figure from the neck port.
- Fold the robot's legs and arms into their designated positions, often collapsing them into the main body.
- Reconfigure the torso and back panels to form the main body of the cannon.
- Attach the cannon accessory to the front of the transformed body.
- The Nucleon figure can be placed in a designated cockpit area if available, or stored separately.

Transformation to Jet Mode
To transform Galvatron from Robot Mode or Cannon Mode to Jet Mode, follow these general steps:
- Detach the Nucleon Headmaster figure (if in Robot Mode).
- Reconfigure the figure's body to form the jet's fuselage and wings, ensuring all panels align and lock into place.
- Attach the cannon accessory to the front of the jet, serving as its primary weapon.
- The Nucleon figure can be placed in a designated cockpit area if available, or stored separately.

Headmaster Integration
The smaller Nucleon figure transforms into Galvatron's head. To attach, align the Nucleon figure's feet with the neck port on the Galvatron body and press firmly until it clicks into place. To detach, gently pull the Nucleon figure upwards from the neck port.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the figure with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the plastic and paint finish.
- Storage: Store the figure in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to heat or UV light can cause discoloration or material degradation.
- Joint Care: Avoid forcing joints or hinges during transformation. If a joint feels stiff, gently manipulate it to loosen it. Excessive force can lead to breakage.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty Transforming
If you encounter difficulty during transformation, refer to the transformation steps carefully. Ensure all parts are aligned correctly and that no components are obstructing movement. Do not apply excessive force, as this can cause damage. Reviewing online transformation guides or videos for this specific model may also be helpful.
Loose Joints
Over time, with repeated transformations and play, some joints may become slightly looser. This is considered normal wear and tear. If a joint becomes excessively loose, a small amount of clear nail polish or a similar friction-enhancing agent can be carefully applied to the joint's peg or socket, allowed to dry completely, and then reassembled. Exercise caution if attempting this procedure.
Headmaster Not Attaching Securely
Ensure the Nucleon figure is correctly oriented and fully inserted into the neck port on the Galvatron body. Check for any debris or obstructions within the port that might prevent a secure connection. The head should click into place when properly seated.
