Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is dim or unreadable. | Insufficient power; ambient light too bright; display brightness setting. | Ensure the clock is connected to a stable power source. Move the clock to a less brightly lit area. Check if there's a brightness setting (refer to manufacturer's website if not in manual). |
| Clock not turning on. | No power; faulty cable/adapter. | Verify USB cable is securely connected to both the clock and a working power source. Try a different USB cable or power adapter. |
| Alarm not sounding or turning off incorrectly. | Alarm not set; volume too low; clock orientation issue. | Ensure the alarm is set and activated (check for alarm icon on display). Verify the clock is placed on a flat, stable surface for proper gravity detection. |
| Clock beeps or faults unexpectedly. | Low battery (if using backup); internal error. | Replace the Lithium Polymer backup battery if installed. Disconnect and reconnect power to reset the device. |
| Power adapter is incompatible (e.g., UK plug). | Regional power adapter provided. | The clock uses a standard USB power cable. You will need a compatible USB power adapter for your region (e.g., a US USB wall adapter for use in the United States). |
