Setup

Adjusting Stride Length and Speed

The HoMedics Leg Exerciser offers three adjustable stride lengths (small, medium, large) and three speeds to customize your exercise experience.

Automatic Shut-off

The unit is equipped with a 15-minute automatic shut-off feature for safety and to prevent overheating. After 15 minutes of continuous operation, the unit will stop. To resume use, simply press the power button again.
