- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the pot and all removable parts (lid, rack) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. It is recommended to rinse the pot and avoid draining water through the tap during this initial cleaning to prevent any metal dust from settling in the tap mechanism.

- Power Connection: Plug the appliance into a grounded 230V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Prepare Contents: Place your jars (for sterilizing) or ingredients (for cooking) inside the pot. If sterilizing, ensure the rack is at the bottom and jars are arranged to allow water circulation.

- Start Operation: The timer will automatically start counting down once the set temperature is reached. The appliance will begin heating.
- Monitoring: The LCD screen allows you to monitor both the set and current temperatures, as well as the remaining time.

- Cool Down: Allow the appliance to cool down before opening the lid and carefully removing the contents.
