Setup Instructions
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the hot dog roller grill from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.
2. Placement
Place the grill on a stable, level, non-combustible surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation and safe operation. Do not place near heat-sensitive materials.
3. Electrical Connection
This unit operates on 120 Volts. Connect the grill to a dedicated, properly grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
4. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the rollers and all accessible surfaces with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section for detailed instructions.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Preheating
- Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded 120V outlet.
- Turn the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Set the infinite control knob(s) to the desired cooking temperature. For initial preheating, set to a higher temperature.
- Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the rollers reach the desired temperature.
2. Loading Hot Dogs
- Place hot dogs evenly across the non-stick rollers. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
- The slanted design helps hot dogs roll consistently.
3. Cooking and Holding
- Monitor the hot dogs as they cook. The rollers will continuously turn to ensure even heating.
- Adjust the infinite control knob(s) as needed to maintain the desired cooking or holding temperature.
- Once cooked, the hot dogs can be held at a lower temperature setting until served.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your APW Wyott HRS-20S hot dog roller grill and ensure optimal performance.
Daily Cleaning
- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove Debris: Carefully remove any food debris from the rollers and drip tray.
- Clean Rollers: Wipe the non-stick rollers with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners, as this can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe down the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Polish with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its finish.
- Clean Drip Tray: Remove and empty the drip tray. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry before replacing.
Periodic Maintenance
- Inspect the power cord for any damage. If damaged, contact a qualified service technician.
- Ensure all feet are intact and providing stable support.
- Check for any unusual noises during operation, which may indicate a need for professional servicing.

Troubleshooting
