1. Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before using this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.

• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
• Always unplug heater when not in use.
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
• Do not use outdoors.
• This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
• Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
• Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
• This heater includes an anti-tilt safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is tilted or knocked over.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the heater and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or shipping.

4.2 Placement

Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the front, sides, and rear of the heater to prevent obstruction of air intake and exhaust. Do not place the heater on soft surfaces like beds or rugs where openings may be blocked. The built-in wheels allow for easy repositioning.

4.3 Power Connection

Plug the heater directly into a 120 Volt, 60 Hz, 15 Amp grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords, power strips, or surge protectors with this heater.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel on the front of the heater features buttons for Power, Mode, Temperature Up, and Temperature Down, along with a digital display for temperature settings.

5.2 Remote Control Functions

The included remote control duplicates the functions of the control panel, allowing for convenient adjustments from a distance.

5.3 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button on the control panel or remote control to turn the heater on or off.

5.4 Temperature Settings

Use the TEMP UP and TEMP DOWN buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The heater offers 24 preset temperature settings, ranging from 40°F to 90°F (4°C to 32°C).

5.5 Operating Modes

Press the MODE button to switch between the two available operating modes:

• HIGH MODE: Recommended for heating larger rooms.
• LOW MODE: Recommended for heating smaller rooms.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater.

6.1 Filter Cleaning

The EdenPURE CopperSMART heater is equipped with a washable lifetime filter. It is recommended to clean the filter periodically, especially at the end of each heating season or if you notice reduced airflow or heating efficiency.

1. Ensure the heater is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Locate the filter access panel (refer to your unit's specific design for exact location).
3. Remove the filter.
4. Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the heater. Do not use the heater without a dry filter.

6.2 General Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the interior of the heater.

6.3 Storage

When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
