Operating Instructions
The Breville Juice Fountain Cold features a powerful 850-watt motor and two-speed electronic control for optimal juicing.

The two-speed electronic control allows selection between 'Low' for soft fruits and leafy greens, and 'High' for harder produce.
Juicing Process:
- Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Most fruits and vegetables, such as apples, carrots, and celery, can be processed whole due to the unique 3-inch extra-wide chute feed.
- For fruits with hard skins (e.g., pineapple, melon, citrus fruits), peel them before juicing. Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, cherries, or mangoes.
- Plug the power cord into a 110-120 Volt wall outlet.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
- LOW: For soft fruits and leafy vegetables (e.g., berries, grapes, spinach).
- HIGH: For harder fruits and vegetables (e.g., apples, carrots, beets).
- With the motor running, place prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not apply excessive force, as this can affect juice yield and motor performance.
- Juice will flow into the juice jug, and pulp will accumulate in the pulp container.
- The LED display will illuminate if the motor stops due to overloading, indicating a preventative feature for secure use and motor longevity.
- When finished juicing, turn the control dial to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance. Invert the juice nozzle to prevent drips.

The extra-wide 3-inch feed chute allows for juicing whole fruits and vegetables, reducing prep time.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. Always unplug the juicer before cleaning.
Daily Cleaning:
- Remove the pulp container, juice jug, food pusher, juicer cover, and filter basket.
- Discard pulp from the pulp container.
- Rinse all removable parts under running water. Use the included cleaning brush to remove pulp from the mesh filter.
- All removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.

The 70 fl oz Seal & Store Jug allows for convenient storage of freshly made juice in the refrigerator for up to three days.
