Introduction
The DigiTech Ventura Vibe Rotary/Vibrato pedal is designed to add dynamic spinning and swaying movement to your guitar sound. It offers a range of vintage and modern rotary and vibrato effects, allowing for versatile sound shaping.

Setup
Power Connection:
Connect a 9V DC power supply to the power input jack on the pedal. Ensure the power supply meets the pedal's requirements (9 Volts, Corded Electric).
Audio Connections:
The Ventura Vibe features stereo 1/4" inputs and outputs for versatile routing. For mono operation, use Input 1 and Output 1.

- Connect your instrument (e.g., guitar) to the IN 1 (MONO) jack. For stereo input, connect a second instrument or stereo source to the IN 2 jack.
- Connect the OUT 1 (MONO) jack to your amplifier or next pedal in the signal chain. For stereo output, connect the OUT 2 jack to a second amplifier or stereo input device.
Operating the Pedal
The Ventura Vibe pedal features intuitive controls for shaping your desired effect. Familiarize yourself with the layout:

Controls:
- SPEED Knob: Adjusts the rate of the modulation effect.
- DEPTH Knob: Controls the intensity or sweep range of the effect.
- MIX Knob: Blends the wet (effected) signal with the dry (unaffected) signal.
- TONE/DRIVE Stacked Knobs: The outer ring (Tone) adjusts the tonal character of the effect, while the inner knob (Drive) adds distortion to the effect.
- EFFECT TYPE Toggle Switch: Selects between the three distinct effect types: Vintage, Modern, and Rotary.
- FOOTSWITCH: Engages/bypasses the effect. A quick press toggles the effect on/off. Holding the footswitch down will ramp the speed between slow and fast settings, depending on the current state.
Effect Types:
- Vintage: Emulates classic phaser-based Uni-Vibe effects, known for their swirling, watery sounds.
- Modern: Provides a pure pitch-based vibrato effect, offering a distinct warble.
- Rotary: Simulates the sound of a rotating Leslie speaker, creating a rich, spatial modulation.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DigiTech Ventura Vibe pedal, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the pedal's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the finish and internal components.
- Storage: Store the pedal in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity when not in use.
- Knob Protection: Utilize the included Stomp lock knob guard to prevent accidental changes to your settings during transport or performance.
- Power Supply: Always use the correct power supply (9V DC) to prevent damage. Disconnect power when the pedal is not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Ventura Vibe pedal, consult the following common troubleshooting steps:
