3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Freestanding Installation

1. Unpack the heater and all accessories.
2. Attach the supplied feet to the bottom of the heater using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
3. Place the heater on a stable, level surface, ensuring adequate clearance from walls and flammable objects (minimum 1 meter).
4. Plug the power cord into a suitable 230V/50Hz electrical outlet.

3.2 Wall Mounting

For wall mounting, use the supplied wall brackets. Ensure the wall material is suitable for supporting the heater's weight (4.4 kg) and that there are no hidden electrical wires or pipes in the drilling area.

1. Choose a suitable location on the wall, ensuring proper clearance from corners, ceilings, and floors.

4. Operating Instructions

The Thermoval TX 2000 features simple manual controls for power and temperature adjustment.

4.1 Power On/Off

• Locate the mechanical power switch on the heater.
• Flip the switch to the "ON" position to power on the heater.
• Flip the switch to the "OFF" position to power off the heater.

4.2 Temperature Control

The heater is equipped with a bimetallic thermostat and a rotary knob for temperature adjustment.

1. Locate the rotary knob for temperature control.
2. Rotate the knob to select your desired temperature setting. The thermostat offers eight different settings, distributing heating power from 50% to 100%.
3. The adjustable air temperature range is from +7 °C to +28 °C.
4. The thermostat maintains the set temperature with a hysteresis of 1.5 °C (meaning it will switch on when the temperature drops 1.5 °C below the set point and off when it reaches the set point).

Note: The heater may cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature. This is normal operation for a bimetallic thermostat.
