3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the BDLT-103 from its packaging. Inspect the device for any visible damage. Ensure all components are present.

The BDLT-103 is equipped with a 400 mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the device using a compatible USB charger (not included). A full charge provides approximately 50 hours of continuous operation.

  5. Once paired, the device's readings will be wirelessly transmitted to your smart device or PC. The wireless data transmission range is up to 20 meters indoors and 30 meters outdoors.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Measurement

Position the BDLT-103 with its measuring spindle in contact with the surface to be measured. As the spindle moves, the digital display will show the displacement. Ensure the indicator is securely mounted for stable readings.

4.2 Zeroing the Display

To set the current position as the zero reference point, press the ZERO button. The display will reset to 0.000, allowing for relative measurements.

4.3 Unit Conversion

Press the inch/mm button to switch between imperial (inches) and metric (millimeters) units. The display will update accordingly.

4.4 Software Usage

The BDLT-103 is compatible with free software for Windows, Android, and iOS devices. These applications allow for real-time data display, logging, and analysis.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning
