  3. Verify that all listed components are present: main saw unit, stand components, two table extensions, saw blade, blade guard, cross-cut gauge, parallel guide, and assembly hardware.

3.2 Assembling the Stand

Assemble the metal stand according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly guide. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened for maximum stability.

3.3 Mounting the Saw Unit

  1. Carefully place the main saw unit onto the assembled stand.
  2. Secure the saw unit to the stand using the provided bolts and nuts.

3.4 Installing Table Extensions

Attach the two table extensions to the left and right sides of the main table. These extensions significantly increase the working surface, allowing for easier processing of larger workpieces.

3.5 Blade Installation and Guard Attachment

  1. Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Follow the instructions for installing the 250mm carbide saw blade.
