3. Setup
Unpacking:
Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport if needed. Inspect the heater for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact your retailer.
Placement:
- Place the heater on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance around the heater (at least 1 meter / 3 feet from walls, furniture, and other objects).
- Do not place the heater directly below a power outlet.
- This heater is designed for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors or in damp environments.

4. Operating Instructions
Power Connection:
Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50Hz). Ensure the outlet is in good condition and can handle the heater's power requirements.
Selecting Power Levels:
The Orbegozo BP 5000 features two independent control buttons located on the front of the unit, each corresponding to one quartz heating bar.
- Press one button to activate a single quartz bar, providing 400 W of heat. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Press both buttons to activate both quartz bars, providing a total of 800 W of heat. Both indicator lights will illuminate.
- To turn off the heater, press the illuminated buttons again until both indicator lights are off.
Anti-Tip Safety Feature:
This heater is equipped with an internal safety switch that automatically cuts off power if the unit is tilted or knocked over. If the heater turns off unexpectedly, ensure it is upright on a stable surface. If it does not restart, unplug it, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your heater.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the heater from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before attempting any cleaning or maintenance.

- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging. Use the integrated cable storage to keep the power cord tidy.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Orbegozo BP 5000 heater, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Heater does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the anti-tip safety switch has been activated. Ensure the heater is upright on a stable surface.
- Verify that the power buttons are pressed in.
- Check your household's circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Only one heating bar is working:
- Ensure both power buttons are pressed. Each button controls one heating bar independently.
- If one bar consistently fails to light up, it may indicate a faulty heating element. In this case, discontinue use and contact customer support.
- Heater emits an unusual smell:
- A slight odor may be present during the first few uses as manufacturing residues burn off. This is normal and should dissipate quickly.
- If a strong or burning smell persists, immediately unplug the heater and contact customer support.
