Setup and Installation

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the light string from its packaging. Untangle the string gently to avoid damaging the wires or bulbs.
2. Placement: Determine the desired location for your lights. Ensure the location is suitable for indoor or outdoor (sheltered) use.
3. Power Connection: Locate the power plug at one end of the light string. Insert the plug firmly into a standard 120V 60Hz AC electrical outlet.
4. Secure Lights: Arrange the lights as desired. Use appropriate clips or ties to secure the light string, ensuring no wires are pinched or damaged.

Operating Instructions

The SYLVANIA 3 Function Color Changing LED Mini Lights are controlled by a rotary dial located on the light string. This dial allows you to select between three distinct lighting modes:

• Function 1 (Warm White): Rotate the dial to position '1' for a classic, steady warm white glow.
• Function 2 (Multi-Color): Rotate the dial to position '2' for vibrant, steady multi-color illumination.
• Function 3 (Color Changing): Rotate the dial to position '3' to cycle between warm white and multi-color effects.

To change the function, simply turn the dial to the desired setting. If multiple sets are connected, they will synchronize to the selected function.

Connecting Multiple Sets

This SYLVANIA lighting product features synchronized square connectors, allowing you to extend your lighting display. You can connect up to 9 sets of these lights end-to-end. Ensure all connections are secure and fully inserted to maintain proper functionality and synchronization.

Note: Only connect this specific SYLVANIA lighting product with other identical SYLVANIA lighting products featuring the square connector for guaranteed compatibility and synchronized operation. Connecting with incompatible products may cause malfunction or damage.

Maintenance

"Sets Stay Lit" Feature

These LED mini lights are designed with a "Sets Stay Lit" feature, meaning that if a single bulb becomes loose, burnt out, broken, or missing, the rest of the lights on the string will remain illuminated. This significantly reduces the frustration of finding and replacing individual faulty bulbs.

Bulb Replacement (If Necessary)

Although the "Sets Stay Lit" feature minimizes the need for bulb replacement, spare bulbs may be included or available. To replace a bulb:

1. Unplug the light string from the power outlet.
2. Gently pull the faulty bulb straight out from its socket.
3. Insert a new, identical replacement bulb into the empty socket, ensuring it is fully seated.
4. Plug the light string back in to test.

Cleaning and Storage

• Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the lights and wires with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, carefully coil the light string and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective container to prevent tangling and damage.
