  2. Wash: Before first use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Position: Place the mandoline on a clean, stable, and non-slip surface. Alternatively, utilize the non-slip notches on the base to hook it securely over a bowl for direct collection of sliced food.
  4. Adjust Thickness: Locate the adjustable dial/slider on the side of the mandoline. Slide it to select your desired slice thickness, ranging from 1mm to 4mm in half-millimeter increments. Ensure the blade is not in the locked position before adjusting.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Food: Ensure your fruit or vegetable is clean and trimmed as needed. For optimal results, use firm produce.
  2. Secure Food: Place the food item onto the food holder, pressing down firmly so the prongs securely grip the food.
  3. Slice: With the food holder firmly gripping the food, slide the food holder and food item down the mandoline ramp, applying gentle, even pressure. The angled blade will create uniform slices. Continue until the food item is fully sliced or until it is too small to safely hold with the food holder.
  4. Collect Slices: Slices will fall directly onto your cutting board or into the bowl placed underneath.
