Introduction

The PRORECK Freedom 15 is a versatile and powerful 15-inch 800-watt 2-way portable PA speaker system. Designed for various audio applications, it features multiple connectivity options including Bluetooth, USB, SD card reader, and FM radio. Setup

1. Initial Placement and Power Connection

1. Unpack the Speaker: Carefully remove the speaker and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Position the Speaker: Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface. For optimal sound projection, consider using the included speaker stand. The speaker features a 35-mm pole socket for stand mounting.
3. Connect to Power: Plug the provided power cable into the AC IN port on the rear control panel of the speaker, then connect it to a standard 115V/230V AC power outlet. Ensure the voltage selector switch is set correctly for your region.
4. Power On: Flip the POWER switch on the rear panel to the "ON" position. The digital LCD screen on the media player will illuminate.

2. Speaker Stand Assembly

1. Extend Tripod Legs: Unfold the legs of the speaker stand to form a stable tripod base.
2. Adjust Height: Loosen the height adjustment knob and extend the central pole to your desired height. Securely tighten the knob.
3. Mount Speaker: Carefully lift the PRORECK Freedom 15 speaker and place its bottom pole socket onto the top of the speaker stand's central pole. Ensure it is seated firmly.

3. Charging the Battery

The PRORECK Freedom 15 features a built-in rechargeable battery for portable use. To charge the battery, simply connect the speaker to an AC power outlet as described in step 1. The charging indicator lights on the rear panel will show the battery status. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.

Operating Instructions

1. Media Player Functions (Bluetooth, USB, SD, FM Radio)

1. Select Mode: Use the "MODE" button on the digital LCD screen panel or the remote control to cycle through available input modes: Bluetooth (BT), USB, SD, and FM Radio.
2. Bluetooth Pairing: In Bluetooth mode, the LCD will display "BT". Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and select "PRORECK Freedom 15" from the list of available devices to pair.
3. USB/SD Playback: Insert a USB flash drive or SD memory card (containing MP3 audio files) into the respective slot on the media player panel. The system will automatically detect and begin playing audio. Use the playback controls (play/pause, next/previous track) on the panel or remote.
4. FM Radio: In FM mode, use the scan function to search for available radio stations.
5. Adjust Volume: Use the "VOL-" and "VOL+" buttons on the media player panel or the remote control to adjust the digital volume for the selected media source.

2. Microphone Usage

1. Wireless Microphones: The system includes two wireless microphones. Ensure they are powered on. The speaker has a built-in wireless microphone receiver. Adjust the individual microphone volume levels (MIC1 LEVEL, MIC2 LEVEL) and the overall MIC VOL knob on the rear panel.
2. Wired Microphones/Instruments: Connect wired microphones to the XLR (MIC1 IN) or 1/4'' (MIC2 IN/GUITAR) inputs. The 1/4'' input can also be used for a guitar. Adjust levels using the corresponding knobs.
3. Echo and Reverb: Use the "ECHO" and "REV TIME" (Reverb Time) knobs on the rear panel to add effects to the microphone audio.

3. Audio Adjustment and Output

1. Master Volume: The "MASTER" knob controls the overall output volume of the speaker.
2. Graphic Equalizer: Use the sliders on the graphic equalizer to fine-tune the frequency response (100Hz, 500Hz, 1KHz, 6KHz, 10KHz) of the audio output.
3. Treble and Bass: Separate "TREBLE" and "BASS" knobs allow for quick adjustments to high and low frequencies.
4. Line Input/Output: Use the RCA Line Input to connect external audio sources. The RCA Line Output allows you to connect to another speaker or audio system for expanded sound coverage.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the speaker before long periods of storage and recharge it every 3-6 months if not in regular use. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Speaker Stand: Regularly check the speaker stand for stability and ensure all knobs and fasteners are tight.
