Setup

Charging the Device

The InstaShiatsu+ Massager features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing hours of cordless use. To charge, simply plug the included A/C adapter into the charging port on the device and then into a standard electrical outlet. The device can be used while charging.

Initial Placement

Place the massager over the desired body area. For neck and shoulder massage, drape the main body of the massager over your neck and shoulders, then slip your arms or hands through the wrist supports. Adjust the position for optimal comfort and massage effectiveness.

Control Panel

The massager features a simple control panel located on one of the arm straps. It includes three primary buttons and an LED indicator light:

You can control the intensity of the massage by adjusting the pressure applied through the arm straps. Pulling tighter on the straps will increase the pressure, while relaxing your grip will decrease it. Experiment to find the ideal pressure for your comfort.

Activate the heat function for an enhanced massage experience. The gentle warmth helps to soothe muscles, relieve stress, and promote deeper relaxation. Press the 'Heat' button to toggle this feature on or off.
