4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed in the "Package Contents" section are present and undamaged. Keep the packaging for future transport or storage.
4.2 Speaker Placement
For optimal sound experience, place the woofer on the floor, preferably in a corner or against a wall to enhance bass. Position the four satellite speakers around your listening area. For a 4.1 setup, two satellites can be placed at the front (left and right of your display) and two at the rear.
4.3 Connecting the Speakers
- Connect the satellite speaker cables to the corresponding output ports on the rear panel of the woofer unit. Ensure a secure connection for each satellite.
- Connect the audio input cable (AUX) from your audio source (e.g., computer, smartphone) to the AUX input port on the woofer unit.
4.4 Power Connection
Plug the power cord of the woofer unit into a standard AC power outlet. Ensure the power switch on the back of the woofer is in the OFF position before plugging it in.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Flip the power switch on the rear panel of the woofer unit to the ON position. The LED display on the front panel will illuminate. To turn off, flip the switch back to the OFF position.
5.2 Input Mode Selection
Press the "MODE" button on the front panel of the woofer or on the remote control to cycle through available input modes: AUX, USB, SD/MMC, FM, and Bluetooth.
5.3 Volume Control
Adjust the master volume using the rotary knob on the front panel of the woofer or the "VOL+" and "VOL-" buttons on the remote control.
5.4 Bluetooth Operation
- Switch the speaker system to Bluetooth mode. The LED display will show "BT" and a pairing indicator will flash.
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and search for available devices.
- Select "iBall Nightingale K9" from the list of found devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing. You can now play audio wirelessly from your device.
- Use the remote control to play/pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume.
5.5 USB/SD/MMC Card Playback
- Insert a USB drive or SD/MMC card into the respective slot on the front panel.
- The system will automatically switch to USB or SD/MMC mode and begin playing audio files. If not, press the "MODE" button to select the correct input.
- Use the remote control for playback functions such as play/pause, next track, previous track, and direct track selection.
5.6 FM Radio Operation
- Switch the speaker system to FM mode.
- Press and hold the "PLAY/PAUSE" button on the remote control or front panel to initiate an automatic channel scan. The system will scan and save available FM stations.
- Use the "PREV" and "NEXT" buttons on the remote control to navigate through the saved FM stations.
5.7 AUX Input
Connect your audio device (e.g., MP3 player, TV) to the AUX input port on the woofer unit using the provided audio cable. Switch the speaker system to AUX mode. Audio from your connected device will now play through the speakers.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
