Setup and First Use

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Clean the frying basket, fondue forks, and fondue ring with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Place the appliance on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate space around it for ventilation.
  5. Ensure the power cord is not tangled and is positioned away from hot surfaces.

Operating Instructions

Deep Frying Function:

  1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
  2. Fill the oil reservoir with frying oil up to the maximum fill line (approximately 1 liter). Do not overfill.
  3. Place the frying basket into the oil reservoir.
  4. Close the lid.
  5. Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Turn the temperature control dial to the desired frying temperature (up to 190 °C). The heating indicator light will turn on.
  7. Once the oil reaches the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn off.
  8. Carefully open the lid. Place food into the frying basket. Lower the basket into the hot oil.
  9. Close the lid and fry for the recommended time.
  10. Once frying is complete, carefully lift the basket and allow excess oil to drain.
  11. Remove food from the basket.
  12. Turn the temperature dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

Fondue Function:

  1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged and clean.
  2. Remove the frying basket.
  3. Fill the oil reservoir with your desired fondue liquid (e.g., oil, cheese, chocolate) up to the maximum fill line.
  4. Place the star-shaped fondue ring onto the rim of the oil reservoir.
