1. Unpacking and Contents Verification

2. Projector Placement
Place the projector on a stable, flat surface or mount it according to the recommended guidelines for tabletop mounting. Ensure the projector is positioned at an appropriate distance from the screen to achieve the desired image size. Maintain clear space around the projector for ventilation.
3. Power Connection
- Connect the power cable to the projector's power inlet.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet (240 Volts).
4. Connecting Input Devices
The EB-W04 projector offers multiple connectivity options for various devices. Refer to Figure 3 for port locations.
- HDMI: For high-quality digital video and audio from laptops, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, and other media players.
- VGA (Computer): For connecting to computers and laptops using an analog signal.
- USB-A: For connecting USB storage devices or for wireless adapter (optional).
- USB-B: For connecting to a computer for display or control.
- Audio In/Out: For external audio sources or output to external speakers.

5. Initial Power On
Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device. The power indicator light will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
The projector can be controlled using the buttons on the top panel or the included remote control.

- Power Button: Turns the projector on or off.
- Source Search: Cycles through available input sources.
- Menu Button: Accesses the on-screen display (OSD) menu.
- Navigation Buttons: Used to navigate through menu options.
- Esc Button: Exits the current menu or returns to the previous screen.
2. Selecting an Input Source
After connecting your device, press the Source Search button on the projector or remote control to select the correct input (e.g., HDMI, Computer, USB).
3. Image Adjustment
- Focus Ring: Rotate the focus ring around the lens to sharpen the image.
- Keystone Correction: Use the horizontal keystone adjuster slider on the top of the projector or the keystone correction buttons on the remote control to correct distorted images. This feature allows for quick and easy image alignment, even in limited spaces.
- Picture Mode: Access the OSD menu to adjust picture settings such as Brightness, Contrast, Color, Sharpness, and Noise Reduction. The "Cinema" picture mode is often recommended for optimal movie viewing.
4. Wireless Connection (Optional)
The EB-W04 supports wireless connectivity. You can use the "QR Code Reader" function to connect your smart devices by scanning the QR code projected on the screen. Additionally, the Epson iProjection app (available for smartphones and tablets) can be used to project photos and documents wirelessly. An optional wireless LAN adapter (e.g., ELPAP10) may be required for full wireless functionality.
5. Audio Output
The projector has a built-in 1-watt speaker. For enhanced audio, connect external speakers to the audio output port.
