Setup and Assembly

Your BestOffice chair comes ready to assemble with all necessary hardware and tools included. Assembly typically takes 10-15 minutes. Follow these general steps:

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included user manual.
2. Attach the casters to the chair base.
3. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the base.
4. Attach the mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure correct orientation (front/back).
5. Secure the armrests to the seat cushion.
6. Attach the backrest to the seat cushion and armrests.
7. Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
8. Test all functions to ensure proper assembly and stability.

Operating Instructions

The BestOffice chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort:

• Height Adjustment: Locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards to raise the seat. To lower the seat, remain seated and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at the desired height. The chair offers approximately 3.5 inches of adjustable height.

• Rocking Function: The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To enable rocking, pull the lever on the left side (opposite the height adjustment lever) outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.

• 360-Degree Swivel: The chair is designed with a smooth 360-degree swivel function, allowing for full mobility and easy access to your workspace without needing to reposition the chair.
• Ergonomic Lumbar Support: The backrest is designed with an S-type ergonomic curve to provide optimal lumbar support, effectively reducing pressure on the cervical vertebrae and promoting good posture.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your BestOffice chair, consider the following common solutions:

• Chair is Wobbly: Ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened. Check that the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in the base.
• Height Adjustment Not Working: Verify that the height adjustment lever is not obstructed and is functioning correctly. Ensure the gas lift cylinder is not damaged.
• Chair Not Rocking: Check that the rocking function lever is pulled outwards to enable rocking.
• Unusual Noises (Squeaking/Creaking): This may indicate loose connections. Re-tighten all screws. A small amount of lubricant on moving parts (like the gas lift or wheel axles) may also help.
