Setup and Assembly

The Omega Garment Rack is designed for easy, tool-free assembly. Follow these steps carefully:

Components List:

Assembly Steps:

  1. Step 1: Attach Leveling Feet. Screw the four leveling feet into the bottom of each vertical post. Ensure they are securely tightened. These feet allow for minor adjustments to stabilize the rack on uneven surfaces.

  2. Step 2: Install Bottom Shelf. On each of the four vertical posts, snap two halves of a plastic sleeve together around the post at the desired height for the bottom shelf. Ensure the arrow on the sleeve points upwards. Slide the bottom wire shelf down over the posts until it rests firmly on the plastic sleeves. Press down on each corner of the shelf to ensure it is fully seated.

  4. Step 4: Attach Garment Rod. Position the garment rod brackets on the underside of the top shelf, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes. Secure the brackets to the shelf using the provided screws and washers. Once the brackets are attached, insert the garment rod into the designated slots on the brackets. The garment rod is designed to hold up to 100 lbs of clothing.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Omega Garment Rack, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Rack is wobbly or unstable. Uneven floor surface; loose leveling feet; shelves not fully seated. Adjust the leveling feet until the rack is stable. Ensure all shelves are pressed down firmly onto the plastic sleeves.
Shelf slides down after assembly. Plastic sleeves not properly snapped together or not fully seated in the shelf collar. Remove the shelf, ensure the two halves of the plastic sleeve are securely snapped around the post, and then firmly press the shelf down onto the sleeves until it locks into place.
Components do not fit together. Incorrect orientation of parts; mismatched components (unlikely for new product). Review the assembly steps and component list. Ensure parts are oriented correctly (e.g., plastic sleeves with arrows pointing up). If issues persist, contact customer support.
Garment rod sags. Overloaded rod; brackets not securely fastened. Reduce the weight on the garment rod (maximum 100 lbs). Ensure the garment rod brackets are tightly screwed to the top shelf.
