2. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the flask from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all parts (flask body, stopper, and lid/cup) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
3. Pre-conditioning (Optional, Recommended):
   • For hot beverages, fill the flask with hot water (not boiling) for 5-10 minutes, then empty.
   • For cold beverages, fill the flask with cold water or ice for 5-10 minutes, then empty.

4. Filling: Fill the flask with your desired beverage, leaving a small space at the top to allow for the stopper.
5. Securing the Stopper: Insert the two-part stopper and twist clockwise until securely tightened to prevent leaks.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Pouring Beverages

1. Remove Outer Lid: Unscrew the outer lid (which can be used as a cup) from the flask.
2. Activate Stopper: Slightly twist the two-part stopper counter-clockwise. You will feel it loosen and see a small gap appear, allowing liquid to flow. Do not remove the stopper completely for pouring.
3. Pour: Tilt the flask to pour the beverage into the lid/cup or another container.
4. Close Stopper: After pouring, twist the stopper clockwise until it is fully tightened to seal the flask and maintain temperature.
5. Replace Outer Lid: Screw the outer lid back onto the flask.

3.2 Safety Precautions

• Do not overfill the flask.
• Ensure the stopper and lid are securely fastened to prevent leaks, especially when transporting.
• Exercise caution when handling hot liquids. The contents will remain hot for an extended period.
• Keep out of reach of children when containing hot liquids.
• Do not use in microwave ovens, on stovetops, or in any type of oven.
• Do not use for carbonated beverages, as pressure buildup can cause the stopper to eject forcefully.

4. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Hand wash only. Do not place the flask or its components in a dishwasher. Use warm water and mild dish soap. For thorough cleaning, the stopper can be disassembled.
• Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing to prevent odors or mildew.
• Storage: Store the flask with the stopper slightly loosened to allow air circulation, which helps prevent odors.

Issue: Leakage from the flask.

Solution: Check that the two-part stopper is fully tightened. Inspect the silicone seals on the stopper for any damage or misalignment. Ensure no debris is caught in the threads of the stopper or lid.

Issue: Unpleasant odor inside the flask.

Solution: Thoroughly clean the flask with warm soapy water and a small amount of baking soda. Rinse well. Store with the stopper slightly open to allow air circulation.
