Maintenance
Water Resistance
Your Invicta S1 Rally watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet). This rating makes it suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but it is not recommended for scuba diving. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before exposing the watch to water. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.
Cleaning
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe the case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. For the polyurethane strap, mild soap and water can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch's finish or crystal.
Battery Replacement
This watch is powered by a product-specific quartz battery. When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to take your watch to an authorized Invicta service center or a reputable watchmaker to ensure proper battery installation and maintenance of water resistance.
Flame Fusion Crystal Care
The watch features a Flame Fusion Crystal, known for its scratch resistance. While durable, avoid direct impact and abrasive contact to prevent damage. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If the watch still does not run, the battery may need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the "Setting the Time" and "Setting the Date" sections to re-adjust. Ensure the crown is securely pushed in after setting.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: Follow the "Chronograph Reset to Zero Position" instructions in the Setup section.
- Water inside the watch: If condensation or water appears inside the watch, immediately take it to an authorized service center. This indicates a breach in water resistance.
