3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Looping

The 22500 features two independent loops, Loop A and Loop B, each with dedicated REC, PLAY, and MEM indicators. You can record and play back audio on either loop independently or simultaneously.

3.2 Dual Stereo Looping

Utilize the stereo inputs to record different instruments on each channel, such as a guitar on the left and a bass on the right, while maintaining separate tracks. This allows for rich, layered stereo soundscapes.

3.3 Microphone Input

Plug a microphone into the XLR jack and an instrument into the right input. Use the MIC TRIM control to mix the two signals. This is ideal for vocal and acoustic guitar duos.

3.4 Built-in Drum Loops

The 22500 includes 16 built-in drum loops to provide rhythmic backing for your performances and practice sessions. You can also load your own drum beats into the 100 available slots.

3.5 Undo/Redo Functionality

The unit allows you to undo or redo your last overdub or recording, providing flexibility during the creative process.

3.6 Auto-Trigger Recording

The Auto-Trigger feature automatically starts recording the moment it detects sound. This simplifies the process of capturing sound effects and samples. Simply arm the looper for auto-trigger and set the threshold for recording activation.

3.7 Dual Tempo Digital Delay

By turning down the feedback control, the 22500 can function as a dual tempo digital delay. Loop A can be set as a slap-back delay, while Loop B can be configured as a long delay. The delay time is equal to the length of the loop you create.

3.8 Sound Effects and Samples

The 22500 offers 100 memory spots to store sound effects and samples, enhancing your performance. Sound effect loops can play continuously or in 1-Shot Mode, playing once and then stopping. You can also record ambient sound effects to add a new dimension to your live performance.

3.9 Optional Foot Controller

An optional foot controller (sold separately) can be used for convenient loop up/down functions, allowing you to scroll through banks of sound effects or drum beats during live performance.
