Setup Guide

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the main base unit, three cordless handsets, three charging bases, power adapters, and a telephone line cord.

2. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of each handset.
  2. Connect the battery pack plug securely into the jack inside the compartment.
  3. Place the battery pack into the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover.

3. Connecting the Base Unit

  1. Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the main base unit.
  2. Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into a telephone wall jack.
  3. Plug the small end of the power adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the main base unit.
  4. Plug the large end of the power adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.

4. Charging the Handsets

  1. Plug the power adapter for each charging base into an electrical outlet.
  2. Place each handset face forward into its respective charging base. The charge indicator light on the handset should illuminate.
  3. Allow the handsets to charge for at least 16 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.

Operating Instructions

Making a Call

  1. Pick up a handset or press the CALL button.
  2. Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
  3. Press the CALL button again if you picked up the handset first, or wait for the call to connect.

Receiving a Call

When the phone rings, pick up any handset or press the CALL button to answer the call.

Using the Speakerphone

During a call, press the SPEAKER button to activate the speakerphone function. Press it again to switch back to the handset earpiece.

Intercom Function

To call another handset in your system, press the INTERCOM button (if available) or follow the on-screen prompts to select the desired handset.

Caller ID

When a call comes in, the caller's information (name and number, if available) will be displayed on the handset screen. You can review past calls in the Caller ID log.

Phonebook (Directory)

Store frequently called numbers in the phonebook. The system supports up to 20 contacts. Refer to the handset menu for options to add, edit, or delete entries.

Cleaning

Clean the phone and charging bases with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, abrasive cloths, or chemical solvents, as these may damage the surfaces.
