4. Setup and Installation

  1. Install the I/O shield into the rear opening of your computer case.

4.3. CPU Installation (Socket FM2+)

  1. Locate the CPU socket on the motherboard. Lift the load lever to open the socket.
  2. Align the triangular mark on the CPU with the corresponding mark on the socket.
  3. Gently place the CPU into the socket. Do not force it.

  1. Open the clips at both ends of the DDR3 DIMM slots.
  2. Align the notch on the RAM module with the notch in the DIMM slot.
