Infused with green tea and natural charcoal, it helps maintain freshness and resist odor-causing agents. Your mattress arrives conveniently compressed in a box for easy delivery and setup.

2. Safety Information

⚠ Important Safety Notice:

• Always keep the mattress cover on to protect the fire safety barrier. Removing the cover may harm the barrier and void the product warranty.
• Ensure adequate ventilation when unboxing and allowing the mattress to expand.
• Keep children and pets away from the mattress during the unboxing process to prevent accidental injury or entanglement in packaging materials.

3. Setup Guide

Your Zinus mattress is expertly compressed and rolled into one convenient box. Follow these steps for easy setup:

1. Prepare the Room: Clear the area where the mattress will be placed. Ensure you have enough space to unroll the mattress.
2. Position the Box: Carefully bring the mattress box into your bedroom. Position the box near your bed frame or foundation.
3. Remove from Box: Open the box and gently slide the rolled mattress out. Do not use sharp objects to cut the mattress itself.
4. Unroll the Mattress: Place the rolled mattress on your bed frame or foundation. Carefully cut and remove the outer plastic wrapping.
5. Allow to Decompress: Unroll the compressed mattress. It will begin to expand immediately. Carefully cut and remove the inner clear plastic.
6. Full Expansion: Allow 24 to 72 hours for the mattress to fully regain its shape and firmness. Expansion time may vary based on room temperature; warmer rooms facilitate faster expansion. Walking, jumping, or sleeping on the mattress can help speed up the decompression process.

5. Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and performance of your Zinus Cloud Memory Foam Mattress, follow these care guidelines:

• Mattress Cover: Keep the original mattress cover on at all times. It is designed to protect the internal components and the fire safety barrier. Removing it will void the warranty.
• Spot Cleaning: For minor spills or stains on the cover, spot clean with a mild detergent and water. Blot the area gently and allow it to air dry completely. Do not saturate the mattress.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners on your mattress, as these can damage the materials and affect its performance.
• Rotation: Rotate your mattress every 3-6 months to promote even wear and extend its lifespan. This helps maintain consistent comfort and support.
