Setup
Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport if needed.
- Place the dispenser upright on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance from walls to allow for proper ventilation.
- Avoid placing the dispenser in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Connecting to Power
Before plugging in, ensure the dispenser is upright and a water bottle is installed. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Allow the dispenser to stand for at least 30 minutes before turning it on to allow the compressor fluids to settle.
Installing the Water Bottle
- Clean the neck of a new 11-liter or 19-liter water bottle.
- Remove the protective seal from the water bottle cap.
- Carefully invert the water bottle and place it firmly onto the bottle support on top of the dispenser. Ensure the bottle is seated correctly and water begins to flow into the dispenser's internal reservoirs.
Initial Flushing
Before first use, or after extended periods of non-use, it is recommended to flush the system:
- Once the water bottle is installed, dispense at least 1 liter of water from both the hot and cold spouts (without turning on heating/cooling) to ensure air is purged from the system.
- After flushing, you can turn on the heating and cooling functions.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Locate the power switches on the back of the dispenser. There are separate switches for hot water heating and cold water cooling. Turn them on as desired. The digital display will illuminate.
Dispensing Water
- Cold Water: Place your cup under the cold water spout. Press the blue cold water button. Release the button to stop dispensing.
- Hot Water: Place your cup under the hot water spout. To dispense hot water, first push the red safety lock button, then press the red hot water button. Release both buttons to stop dispensing. The safety lock prevents accidental hot water dispensing.
Temperature Display and Control
The digital display shows the current water temperature in Celsius and the time. Refer to the control panel buttons for adjusting settings if available, or for activating the automatic on/off function.
Automatic On/Off Function
The dispenser features an automatic on/off function to save energy. Consult the control panel for specific instructions on how to program this feature. This allows the dispenser to turn off heating/cooling during periods of non-use and reactivate automatically.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. For stainless steel surfaces, use a stainless steel cleaner.
Cleaning the Drip Tray
The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Periodically remove the tray, empty any collected water, and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before replacing.
Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate inside the hot water tank. Descaling should be performed periodically, depending on water hardness. Consult a qualified technician or refer to specific descaling instructions if provided with your unit. Always unplug the dispenser before descaling.
Replacing Water Bottles
When a water bottle is empty, carefully lift it off the dispenser. Dispose of the empty bottle properly and replace it with a new, full bottle following the installation steps in the Setup section.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your dispenser, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Hot or Cold Water:
- Check if the hot/cold power switches on the back of the unit are turned on.
- Ensure the dispenser is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Verify that the water bottle is not empty and is properly seated.
- Allow sufficient time for the water to heat or cool (typically 15-30 minutes after turning on).
- Water Leaking:
- Ensure the water bottle is not cracked or damaged.
- Check that the water bottle is properly seated on the dispenser.
- Inspect the drip tray for overflow.
- Unusual Noise:
- A slight humming sound from the compressor is normal.
- Ensure the dispenser is on a level surface and not touching any walls or furniture that could amplify vibrations.
- Water Not Dispensing:
- Check if the water bottle is empty.
- Ensure the bottle is properly installed and water is flowing into the reservoirs.
